Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping methods and delivery times

PureCove Home ships worldwide. Because our products are sourced on demand from our partner warehouses, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees:

  • United States: 15-25 business days
  • European Union: 15-25 business days
  • Hong Kong: 5-10 business days
  • Other countries and regions: 15-30 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

  • United States: standard shipping $6.99 (large items $12.99). Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
  • European Union: standard shipping from €11.95 (varies by country and order).
  • Hong Kong: calculated at checkout.

Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers are applied automatically at checkout when applicable.

Order tracking

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for details.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PureCove Home is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at yanwu1058@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date) and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reship the item or issue a refund.
